SPKA Kite Buggy Race Championships

SPKA Kite Buggy Race Championship 2011/12.
Round 1 Fraserburgh  Dates: Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd October 2011.

The SPKA kite buggy race championship is coming to Fraserburgh for the first time with the series opener on the 1st & 2nd October 2011. Low tide is at 09.15 on Saturday and 10.00 on Sunday so to watch the action you will need to be at Fraserburgh beach early as the racers will be keen to make the most of the beach space available at low tide. To watch either come along to the campsite first thing on either day to find out what the plan is based on the weather, or head along to Fraserburgh beach and you will see the kites and a marked course.

For anyone keen to race, come along to see what is involved and speak to the SPKA about the race license test. Race licensing will be available at this event for anyone keen to participate.
