E-mail Problems

It has come to our attention that some Internet Service Providers (ISP's) are blocking e-mails sent from the Internet Service Provider Synergy Kitesports use for all business e-mails.

This has been and is still causing delays to our customers receiving e-mails from Synergy Kitesports and in some cases, customers not receiving our e-mails at all.

We apologise to all our customers for this inconvenience and have been assured by our Internet Service Provider that they are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
