Kite Buggy Racing Success

After competing in the SPKA (Scottish Power Kite Association) kite buggy race series 2010/11, both Mark and Maggie have qualified to join the scottish team and represent Scotland at the Class 8 Kite Buggy European Championships to be held at Hoylake  in September this year.

Mark finnished the scottish series in 7th place overall with Maggie finnishing in 11th place overall. Competing in the 16" wheel class throughout the series Mark also won the 16" wheel class for the 2010/11 scottish series with Maggie close on his wheels finnishing in 3rd place in the 16" wheel class. Maggie's placings also mean she came 1st place for the ladies both in the 16" wheel class and in the overall series.
