Prerequisites:IKO Powerkite Level 1 Who is this course for?The IKO Powerkite Level 2 course is an entry point for people looking to get involved in the world of kitesports and is ideal for people looking for best performance and maximum control of the powerkite. Flying powerkites on handles gives independant control of all four lines, which makes it the most versatile and efficient control system. It is suitable either for people who have never flown a kite before, or for those with some powerkiting experience who would like to gain the International Kiteboarding Organisation Certification and the skills necessary to either enjoy power kiting in itself or progress onto other kitesports. What you need to bring:Sturdy footwear with good grip on the soles, clothing appropriate to the weather. Remember gloves and hat may be needed any time of year. Waterproofs are advised. Snacks and a drink if you require. Sunglasses and sunscreen can also be needed at any time of year, especially for those sensitive to the sun. |
