How to Book
- Ensure you have read the course information and that you meet the course prerequisites.
- Select your chosen course date from the table to the right of the course information, we recommend you ensure you are also available for the rollover date indicated for your chosen course in the event of unsuitable weather on your chosen course date.
- Contact us with your chosen course date, we will then confirm availability and email you our booking form and terms & conditions.
- Return your completed booking form to us with payment of the course fee.
Booking Information
- Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of a signed and completed booking form and full payment of the course fee.
- We accept payment by cheque or bank transfer; booking forms can be posted or emailed to us.
- We do NOT accept card payments.
- Once we have received your booking form and payment we will contact you to confirm your booking.
- We will then telephone you the evening before your course to confirm whether or not the forecast wind conditions are suitable to run your course.
- Where conditions are unsuitable to run your course on your chosen date we will attempt to run your course on the advertised rollover date.
Course Information
Course dates listed are for group tuition only. Individuals wishing to participate in group courses should book onto one of these dates.
Individuals prefering 1:1 tuition should contact us to check availability and to arrange dates.
Please note we do not arrange groups outside of the listed dates. If you wish to participate in a group course on a date not listed you must arrange your own group. Groups can book either onto one of the dates listed or can book dates outside of those listed by arrangement.
We will only run a group course with a minimum of two students. Where this minimum is not met, students will be offered the following options:
- To run the course on their chosen date as 1:1 tuition @ the 1:1 rate
- Have their credit held and be offered priority booking on the next available group course date
- Be given a full refund.

Paying via bank transfer
You can pay by bank transfer using one of the following options.
- At a local branch of your Bank or Building Society
- Online – provided you have access to internet banking
- Telephone – provided you have access to telephone banking
Paying by bank transfer is 100% secure:
- You do not give any personal details
- You do not give your own bank account or card details
- No fees are incurred for the payment that you send
- This makes paying by transfer more secure than paying by credit or debit card
Transfer details will be sent to you with your booking form.
- It is important for you to include a reference with your bank transfer such as your name in order that your payment can be easily identified
